A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint violence) and the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc.) jointly with the Co-defendant C on May 23, 2015, on the ground that, around 06:00 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant reported the Defendants to the victim G and H at the “F” toilet located in Gangnam-gu Seoul and the fourth floor of the Victim E operation of the victim E in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and the fourth floor, Defendant C considered the victim G as “I wish to be killed.” Defendant A saw the victim H’s timber as “I want to be killed.” Defendant A saw the victim G and H as the part of the toilet, and sound the victim G and H as “I wish to be killed.” The Defendants used the victim G and H as the part of the toilet, and put them in assault, and put them on the part of the toilet, thereby destroying the amount of repair and damaging the toilet on the repair amount.

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed property damage; (b) interfered with the work of the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (c) destroyed the said main employees, who are the said main employees, by placing an emergency lock locking device in the emergency exit door, and harming the operation of the said main employees by force, by putting about 20 minutes of disease, breaking and sound around 20 minutes of disease at the emergency exit.
