A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 9, 2017, from around 20:50 to around 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) lost the card at the entrance of the Daegu subway Station’s station located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and (b) obstructed the victim’s historical management, revenue and passenger seating duties, and customer response duties by force, by avoiding disturbance for about one hour and twenty minutes, including discovering the victim’s flaps, and discovering the victim D, who is an employee of history, and attempting to flap the victim’s flaps; and (b) intending to flap the victim’s flaps; and (c) flap the victim’s flaps; and (d) flap the victim’s flaps.

2. Around 22:45 of the foregoing day, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the crime by assaulting the police officer G and H’s right hand hand hand hand hand hand, etc., on the ground that the police officer G and H, who belongs to the above FJ forces, were arrested as flagrant offender, and did not get off the patrol car after having been arrested as a flagrant offender.
