A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

On May 29, 2013, A was sentenced to two years for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Delivery, etc. of False Tax Invoice) by the Busan High Court on May 29, 2013 and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 6, 2013. On May 29, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to two years for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Delivery, etc. of False Tax Invoice) by the Busan High Court on May 29, 2013

Defendants and F, while evading the value-added tax by issuing sales tax invoices without real transaction through transaction via the transaction with victims G and non-data, H introduced by the victim with the amount of KRW 200 million in return for receiving money from the escape victim.

The Defendants, at around 14:00 on March 7, 2012, to the effect that “I shall not deduct the victim from the interest,” and “I shall not return 200 million won to the victim at the G hotel coffee shop located in Suwon-gu, Busan.” On March 7, 2012, the Defendants, at around 16:00, sent money from the victim’s house located in Suwon-gu, Busan, to the effect that “I will pay money from the apartment house. I will do so.” On March 7, 2012, the Defendants, at around 20:0, receive money from the victim’s house located in Suwon-gu, Busan, to the effect that “I will pay money from the apartment house. I will do so.” On March 17:00, 2012, the Defendants were unable to do so with the victim’s room at the address of the above main, and Defendant B will not get out of the prison, and Defendant B will not get out of the prison, and I will get out of the entire prison.
