A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1762"

1. On September 13, 2015, at night, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the same sex in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and through the passage inside the victim D’s parking lot on September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (b) invaded into the same sex; and (c) cut down the Babbbs in front of the sex he was prepared in advance by using the crebs that he was negligent in monitoring; and (d) cut off the money in front of the sex he was in front of the same sex; and (c) was stolen on September 30, 2013 through the door on the side of the apartment; and (d) 30,000 won in cash on the part of the apartment; and (c) invaded into the Hunbs of the Hunbs through the door on the side of the apartment; and (d) stolen the Hunbs in said manner.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by impairing the victim's structure at night over two times.

2. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the Party F in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) before the victim G’s residence; and (c) went into the Party F in front of the victim G’s failure to correct the first floor; (b) opened the victim’s satisf by using the satfics in which the satfics were located in the law; and (c) took 600,000 won in cash inside the said satfics; and (d) stolen the victim’s satfics with the key in the law;

C. Around 17. 03:20 of the 17th 03:0,000 won, in front of the H, intruded into the bill by the above method, and opened a fire by the above method, and 500,000 won in cash in that method,

B. At around 22. 03:54, in front of the above H, the first floor door door was opened, but the second floor door was opened, but it was not opened, and the purport was not known to the employees of the security company called out and sent out, after hearing the security alert during the process of getting off the first floor and opening the windows.

Accordingly, the defendant is living the victim at night over three times.
