1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 211,385,894 and the amount of KRW 104,256,640 from October 31, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 5, 2003, the Defendant entered into a loan agreement with Han Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sa Bank”) to obtain a loan of KRW 100,000,000 from the non-party bank, and received the above loan amount. On December 10, 2003, the Defendant entered into a credit card transaction agreement with the non-party bank and obtained a credit card from the non-party bank.
The Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the failure to repay the loan obligations and the credit card use-price obligations after obtaining a loan or obtaining a credit card as above.
B. On April 12, 2007, the non-party bank entered into an asset transfer agreement with Korea EF&A Co., Ltd., and the same year.

On May 23, 2007, Korea EFA entered into an asset acquisition agreement with Korea and a limited liability company specializing in EFA’s error securitization, respectively, and on May 23, 2007, the non-party bank transferred all of the claims against the defendant under the above loan agreement and credit card transaction agreement to Korea, and the same year.
5. 31. The Defendant notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims.
C. On September 3, 2009, a limited liability company specializing in EFA error-backed securitization entered into an asset transfer agreement with NFA Mutual Savings Bank on September 3, 2009, and as of September 28, 2009, our company specializing in EFA error-backed securitization transferred all of the claims under the above loan agreement and credit card transaction agreement that it owns against the defendant to NFA, and notified the defendant of the above assignment of claims on October 26 of the same year.
On April 22, 2010, Saturdays Mutual Savings Bank entered into an asset acquisition agreement with the Plaintiff, and transferred all of the above claims it has against the Defendant to the Plaintiff by Saturdays Mutual Savings Bank. The same year.
7. 15. The Defendant notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims.
