Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1339" employs 13 full-time workers without any trade name, and is a personal business operator who engages in the full-time processing of ships contracted by E in Gyeongsung-gun D Co., Ltd.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 101" is an employer who engages in the business of manufacturing vessel components by employing more than 30 workers as an operator of the H of a limited company located in the Nam Young-gun G.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above workplace from April 14, 2016 to June 28, 2016, did not pay KRW 910,000 to retired workers I, as well as KRW 21,587,410, total amount of wages of 21 workers who worked in his/her workplace, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 2 (the details of arrears), within 14 days from the date of retirement, without any agreement on the extension of the payment period between the parties.

Defendant 15 of the 2018 Highest 115 is an employer who engages in the manufacturing of vessel components by employing more than five workers from "K" located in the Nam-gu J of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu as the operator of the said limited company H.
