On April 17, 2015, Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on April 25, 2015; Defendant C was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on December 24, 2014; on January 22, 2015, the judgment became final and conclusive on February 16, 2015; on January 30, 2015, Defendant D was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on January 30, 2015; on September 4, 2015, Defendant D was sentenced to a suspended execution of two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on September 2, 2014; on December 6, 2015, Defendant D was sentenced to a suspended execution of one year and two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on December 16, 2015.
