1. The Defendant terminates the consignment management contract on December 11, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

On December 1, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment management agreement with the Defendant on the motor vehicle in the separate sheet, and completed the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff. However, on December 2, 2019, the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 6,148,180 to the Plaintiff by December 1, 2019, including management expenses, taxes and public charges, vehicle insurance premiums, etc. to be paid by the Defendant under the entrustment management agreement, and filed a claim for the termination of the entrustment management agreement, and for the delayed payment of the acquisition and delayed payment of the application procedure for the transfer
