Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1 Status of the Parties C C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”).
[Defendant-Appellant] The Incheon D District E Apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”).
(F) is the contractor and the truster of a new project and the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “F”).
(2) On November 6, 2009, after the apartment apartment unit sale contract in this case was changed to J after the Defendant was entrusted with the sale of the apartment unit in this case by C.
