Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the coffee shop located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) based on the fact that the citizen who operated the National Housing Fund with the financial resources of the National Housing Fund and the citizen, workers, and (c) the entire process of the loan is to recruit a lessor and manage the entire process of the loan; (c) the role of the false lessee is to prepare for loan consultation; (d) explain the global object to the false lessee; (d) prepare a false lease contract; and (e) issue documents necessary for the loan examination, such as a false certificate of employment; (e) recruit a false lessee; and (e) the F serves as a false lessee in preparation for the actual inspection by a financial institution; and (e) the Defendant presents a false lease contract prepared in the name of the F to the financial institution by introducing the F to the financial institution; and (e) openly recruited loans that have been applied for a loan from the financial institution.

Accordingly, around September 16, 2015, the Defendant accompanied F and the above real estate by the Defendant, B to the lessor’s agent, F to the lessor, and C to the false lessee, respectively, attended as a person in charge of the preparation of the lease contract, and F to the Defendant and F with a false lease contract stating that the deposit amount is “150 million won” and “D” as “150 million won from September 25, 2015 to September 25, 2017,” and at that time, the period of the lease was “F” as “D” and “D” under the name of the Defendant and F with a false employment certificate, etc. issued under the name of K L Company necessary for the application for the loan.

Then, F and the Defendant applied for a loan of KRW 100 million to a person in charge of loans from the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the same day, even though they did not intend to rent a house in accordance with the above lease contract and did not work in K L.
