A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service and other competent authorities according to the classification of the types, areas, etc. of mountainous districts prescribed by Presidential Decree.

From October 2018 to April 2019, the Defendant used 1,400 square meters among 1,927 square meters among 1,283 square meters among 1,40 square meters among 1,283 square meters among 1,283 square meters among 2,509 square meters among 2,109 square meters of D forest, and 2,100 square meters among 2,509 square meters among 2,509 square meters of forest, and used celgs, etc. in B, with removal of standing trees, cutting of 2 meters in depth, cutting of standing trees in C forest, removal of standing trees, construction of temporary buildings, cutting of 5 meters in depth in D forest, and embling of 2 meters in height.
