1. The defendant shall pay 152,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 29, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff transferred KRW 10,00,000 to the Defendant on December 31, 2007; KRW 30,000,000 on March 16, 2010; KRW 20,000,000 on May 13, 2010; KRW 40,000,000 on January 10, 201; KRW 20,000 on October 30, 201; KRW 20,000,000 on March 21, 2014; KRW 20,000,000 on June 22, 2014; and KRW 10,000 on May 28, 2016; and KRW 10,000 on each of the loan accounts under the name of each of the Defendant bank;
B. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 152,00,000 won with 15% interest per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint to the day of complete payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
