The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment with prison labor for six months) of the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the defendant is in violation of his depth and reflects the mistake of the crime of this case, and it does not repeat the crime.

The content of the instant accident and the degree of damage are not relatively much severe, and the Maritime Vehicle is covered by a comprehensive insurance policy.
