On October 1, 2013, at around 03:45, the Defendant: (a) brought about a vehicle traffic problem in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, with the victim C(the age of 41) and a horse dispute with the victim; (b) caused the victim's right-of-face hand by taking three times into account the victim's right-hand buck, and caused the victim to face-to-face brea in need of treatment
