1. Basic facts

A. The educational foundationJ (hereinafter “J”) established on June 20, 197 and established and operated K High Schools and L High Schools (hereinafter “M”, “N”). The Plaintiffs are officers of J. The positions and terms of office are as follows; theO served as the president of J until October 27, 2008, and the president has been operating J, M, and N in substance even after water.

The grounds for dispositions against the Plaintiffs are the following grounds for dispositions:

The Voluntary Disposition of Fundamental Property for the Reasons for Disposition 1, improper accounting management, improper restoration order, failure to make an effort to increase the revenue of fundamental property for the reason of Disposition 2, which is not implemented, and failure to transfer to the court, falls short of an improper number of board of directors for the reason of Disposition 4, improper loan for the ground of Disposition 5, and the board of directors formally.
