1. The Defendant’s disposition of refusal to grant medical care benefits to the Plaintiff on April 30, 2015 is revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. On February 26, 2015, the Plaintiff was performing duties, such as crushing and crushing of fishery products by-products, on the street log, and the symptoms, etc. of abnormal and return to the right hand at the house at around 23:20 on February 26, 2015, were diagnosed as “influencing cerebral chron, chronchis,” and was diagnosed as “influencing cerebral chron (hereinafter “the instant injury and disease”).

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that there was a proximate causal relation between the Plaintiff’s work since the injury and disease of this case occurred due to occupational exaggeration and stress, and thus, the instant disposition was unlawful.
B. 1) On January 21, 2008, the Plaintiff entered the roadside, and was mainly in charge of crushing fishery by-products from June 201, 2010.
