Punishment of the crime

From January 24, 2006, the Defendant is in office as the head of the Korea Agricultural Cooperative Association in Jung-Eup City (DF) until now.

Around January 19, 2010, the Defendant was a competitor at the time of re-election as the head of the said Agricultural Cooperative, and the victim who was an auditor of the said Agricultural Cooperative after the above election and was in office after the above election did not have good reputation due to differences in opinions in the process of the said Agricultural Cooperative decision-making.

Around August 12, 2011, the Defendant did not interfere with the meeting because the victim did not attend the first regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative on January 23, 2009. On March 5, 2009, the Defendant did not put the agenda for setting incentives for agricultural machinery use to the second regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative on March 5, 2009. As a result, the victim did not interfere with the smooth progress of the meeting, such as raising objections to the resolutions approved by the 8th regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative on October 30, 209, the 1st regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative and the 1st regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative. The 20th regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative and the 3th regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative were present at the 1st regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative and the 1st regular board of directors of the said agricultural cooperative, thereby interfering with the progress of the meeting.
