Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on March 25, 2010. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5,00,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) from the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on July 27, 2016. In addition, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5,00,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking)

[Criminal facts] On January 5, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle E in the condition of under the influence of alcohol content of 0.057% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 8km of the trade influence, which is located in the following city:24, around the day before and after the following city: D stations located in the same city; to the day before D stations located in the same city.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, while driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license.

On January 5, 2017, 2017, the Defendant reported to the police the fact that the employee of the gas station was driving under the influence of alcohol of the Defendant at D gas station located in the next City of Busan on January 5, 2017.

In order to avoid the crackdown on defects, around 23:44 on the same day, the victim G in the Hasan City F, next to the above gas station G, was invaded into the container warehouse beyond the wall.
