1. As to the shares listed in the separate sheet in the name of the defendant, the plaintiff is the shareholder between the plaintiff and the defendant.

In light of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff entrusted the name of the shares of this case to the defendant, and the plaintiff was fully borne by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff is the actual shareholder of the above shares, and the shareholder of the above shares is also entitled to seek confirmation as the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
