1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 34,825,386 as well as 5% per annum from October 1, 2002 to November 3, 2004, and thereafter.

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant as Daejeon District Court 204Gadan36489, and the above court rendered a favorable judgment against the plaintiff on November 18, 2004 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 34,825,386 won with 5% per annum from October 1, 2002 to November 3, 2004, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment." The above judgment became final and conclusive on December 3, 2004.

The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit again after the ten-year lapse, which is the extinctive prescription period based on the above final judgment.
