A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2019 Highest 1469" shall intermediate a third party's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

Around April 2018, the Defendant reported an advertisement to provide side services from PPP and contacted with the person under whose name the name was not given, and subsequently received a proposal from PPP, stating, “The Defendant will pay KRW 15,000 per one account for transfer of money deposited to another account” from the person under whose name the Defendant was not given, and accordingly, continued to commit a crime even though he was under the guidance of “on May 2018, it is an act of transferring the sales proceeds by illegally opening the truth with another person’s name.”

Accordingly, the Defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications in collusion with the Defendant.

The term "2020 Highest 132" means the conciliation of another person's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or for another person's communications.
