A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report from the military police officer D, etc. belonging to the military police station in the military police station in the district, who was dispatched to the site, attempted to leave the site without paying a taxi fee; (b) took a bath to D who failed to pay a taxi fee; and (c) took a look back at D's chests by selling elbow and drinking on one occasion; and (d) obstructed the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and maintenance of order.

In light of the method of the crime, the liability for the crime is not minor.

In addition, the defendant has a record of criminal investigation by committing violent crimes.

On the other hand, the defendant recognized a mistake and reflects it, and there is no criminal conviction or fine exceeding the same kind of criminal record or fine, and deposit certain money with the police officer.

In such circumstances, the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, background of the crime and circumstances before and after the crime shall be determined as ordered by taking into account various sentencing conditions.
