Defendant

All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

Reasons

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The sentence imposed by the lower court (20 years of imprisonment, confiscation) is too unreasonable.

B. The sentence imposed by the prosecutor by the court below is too uneasible and unreasonable.

2. Determination is a favorable condition that the Defendant acknowledges and reflects the instant crime, and that there is no record of criminal punishment in the Republic of Korea.
