The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The facts charged in this case

A. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document, within a vehicle parked in the vicinity of the business name in the Dong-dong-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and had a relation of teaching at the time.

In order to raise F's gender-type operation expenses, the lessor prepared a false lease contract, to borrow 25 million won as the remainder of the lease deposit from the Defendant's mother's mother's mother in doping, and made a lease contract with the lessor as to F and 30 million won as the deposit deposit (5 million won and 25 million won as the remainder of the lease deposit) with the lessee for the Defendant, and affixed a seal with the name of the office located in the space of the certified broker of Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Gyeonggi-do with the name of the office "I", the name of the office "J Certified Agent Office", the name of the office "K", the name of the representative "K", and the name of the representative "L" at his own discretion from the seal collection (M).

B. The Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the Dong-gu branch of the Dong-dong branch in the same day, exercised one copy of the lease agreement in the name of a certified broker L, which is a private document on the rights and obligations forged, presenting the forged lease agreement to the O as if it were genuine.

On September 16, 2013, the Defendant prepared and submitted a false complaint with respect to F with a view to having F take criminal punishment against F at the police station of the Seodaemun-gu Police Station located in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do.

The complaint shall be filed by F with the defendant "The deposit of G 303 G 303 officetels currently living in Korea is five million won, and the deposit shall be 30 million won by direct contract with the principal, and the monthly rent shall be 750,000 to 500,000 won.
