1. Basic facts

A. On November 27, 2012, the Plaintiff was awarded a successful bid for the 515 square meters in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do District Court for the compulsory auction of H real estate in Youngcheon-gu, Incheon District Court for the compulsory auction of H real estate (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned land”).

B. Defendant C owns 1321 square meters, 1905 square meters, and 238 square meters prior to G (hereinafter “Defendant C-owned land”) in the vicinity of the land owned by the Plaintiff, and Defendant C owns 86351 square meters of land adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land (hereinafter “Defendant B-owned land”).
