1. The Defendant’s KRW 190,665,753 among the Plaintiff and KRW 111,00,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 79,65,753 from October 4, 2019 to KRW 79,65,753.

1. Chief;
A. The plaintiff's assertion 1) The defendant as the party to the lawsuit is an association established as of August 28, 2006 under the Act on the Improvement of Urban and Residential Environments (hereinafter "the defendant association") with the aim of removing the buildings in Daegu Dong-gu B apartment complex and constructing new buildings on the land to improve the residential environment and contributing to the improvement of the residential stability and the quality of residential life of its members.
The Plaintiff was appointed as the president of the Defendant’s partnership on November 4, 201, and was on duty as the president of the partnership on November 4, 2014, and was retired from office for 36 months until November 4, 2014. 2) At the general meeting of the Defendant’s association, the Plaintiff decided to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 2,500,000 per month and annual salary to the Plaintiff at the time of appointing the Plaintiff as the president of the partnership, and the amount of bonus equivalent to 400% per month of annual salary is paid to the Plaintiff, and at the time of retirement, the Plaintiff shall be paid a retirement allowance equivalent to the amount of the monthly salary per one month per one year
B) However, the Defendant Union did not have any financial resources from time to time until the Plaintiff borrowed the operating expenses of the partnership from the contractor of the reconstruction project. As such, the Defendant Union paid benefits, etc. to the president of the partnership as soon as possible, and decided to collect the operating expenses of the partnership from the contractor and pay the remainder in lump sum at the time of payment. The Plaintiff consented to this point and assumed office as the president of the partnership.
C) Accordingly, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 6,500,00 as monthly salary, KRW 10,00 as bonus, KRW 10,000 as bonus, and KRW 83,50,000 as bonus (Evidence A) as listed below, the remainder of monthly salary (= KRW 90,000 - KRW 6,500,000) and the remainder of KRW 20,000 as bonus (=30,000 - KRW 10,000,000 - KRW 10,000,000 as bonus) as listed below for three years in service as the head of the Cooperative, and the amount on the date of the monthly salary and bonus payment ( KRW 11,00,000 as bonus) as well as the remainder of KRW 10,50,000 for 0,000 for 00,000 for 200,000 for 200,000.
