Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B sod;

On May 3, 2015, at around 08:50, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.122% 0.12% while under the influence of alcohol, and led to the access road to the underground parking lot of the NASpo apartment located in the Busan-gu Busan-dong.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a motor vehicle with the blood alcohol concentration of about 500 meters from the next day of the department store to the next day of the department store to the same NAS apartment parking lot.
