1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 232,875,890 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from August 10, 2013 to November 11, 2014.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded the instant construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) and the instant B construction contract with the content as indicated below (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

From July 16, 2012 to October 30, 2012, evidence for the construction period of the construction work cost as the date of concluding the construction contract A, the Plaintiff and the Defendant changed the construction cost of the instant construction contract to KRW 1,69,300,000 from July 16, 2012 to October 31, 2012, among reinforced concrete construction works under subparagraph 21 B, from July 16, 2012 to October 31, 2012, Party A changed the construction period of KRW 17 from July 31, 2012 to October 30, 2012 to KRW 1,69,30,000, and the construction cost of the instant construction contract to KRW 1,42,630,000,00 from August 21, 2012 to KRW 1,42,630,016.

(A) Nos. 22, 23. The date of issuance of the instant B: (a) on July 31, 2012, the sum of the construction cost of 445,50,000,000 construction cost of 69,300,000,000 reinforced concrete progress payment of 118,80,000, 330,000 on August 31, 2012; (b) on September 25, 2012, the tax invoice of 67,10,000,000 on September 25, 200; (c) on the aggregate of 00,000,000, 212,850,0000, 30,0000, 104, 104, 106, 200, 104, 200, 2005, 1004, 2005, 1010.

On September 26, 2012, an application for provisional attachment was filed on September 26, 2012 with respect to the Defendant’s claim for the construction cost of the instant A project against the Plaintiff by the Jung-gu District Court, 2012Kadan5523, which held a claim for temporary rent against the Defendant, and the said decision reached the Plaintiff as the garnishee on October 4, 2012.

The plaintiff is the defendant.
