Punishment of the crime

D The Defendant, along with C on February 14, 2017, moved to “F store” located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, and purchased 100,000 won for a total of 100,000 won, and then sold 100,000 won per opening to the needy.

In addition, the Defendant purchased approximately 100,000 won for each of the following crimes from January 2, 2017 to March 4, 2017, the Defendant purchased 83 prepaid cards (1) in attached Form C, which were opened in the same manner as C, from around January 2, 2017 to around March 4, 2017, and sold approximately 10,000 won for each of them to the needy. From around July 13, 2017 to September 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased 23 prepaid prepaid cards in the name of the prepaid payer from G, who is the prepaid payer, from around July 13, 2017 to around September 20, and thereafter sold 10,000 won for each of them to H, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by the telecommunications business operator solely (attached Form 2 re-crimes) or the defendant (attached Form 1 re-crimes) for the purpose of telecommunications in collusion with C.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 16:40 on December 2, 2017, 2017, around 2016:40, at the 12-dong, Busan House I located in the 268 Busan House; and (b) the Victim J (28 tax) who was confined in the same room of the Dak Triri, was unfasted, and the victim was unfastened.
