Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2013, the Defendant was driving on behalf of the Defendant at around 03:20, and parked in the 418 Mine Police Station at the 4.18 Monsan-dong and tried to sleep at the same time.

The Defendant, who was working at the front of the entrance of the police station, was assaulted by the police officer C of the above police station that “I am at the police station, I am at the house, I am at the back of the above D two times, with the hand floor, and when I am at the right side of the above D on one occasion.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with D's performance of official duties at the above police station.
