Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at a restaurant of “C” operated by the Defendant located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, on May 1, 2015; (b) at a restaurant of “C” operated by the Defendant; (c) at the victim D (n, 48 years of age); and (d) reported to the police; and (c) the Defendant: (a) sounded that “I sway, h, h, h, h, h; f, h, h, h, h, h; (b) shakings the victim’s head head debt with both hand; and (d) the Defendant, who was flicking the victim’s face at this location against this, assaulted the victim.
