1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) entered into the instant construction contract

(1)On October 2001, the non-party seven persons are the members D 2,054 m2,054 m2,054 m2 (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) from the Korea Water Resources Corporation.

(2) Around November 21, 2003, the Defendant Union and E agreed to provide the instant land as a site for a commercial building and to build a commercial building on the ground by E to bear expenses, such as the preferential construction cost (hereinafter “instant building”), and to own the first floor and the second floor of the instant building as owned by the partners, and to cover the construction cost, etc. (hereinafter “instant share ownership contract”). The remainder of the building was owned by E by general sale and to cover the construction cost, etc.

3) Accordingly, Defendant E changed the name of the owner of the instant building from “Defendant Association and seven others” to “E and F (the president of the cooperative at the time)” and then, Defendant E changed the name of the owner of the instant building from “E and F (the president of the cooperative at the time).”

) The construction contract was entered into with the same content as that set forth in paragraph 4.

4) Three contracts prepared by E and the Plaintiff Company relating to the instant construction project (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

The main contents of the subcontract for construction works are as follows. The name of the main contractor for construction works is the name of the subcontracted construction works for G: The amount supplied for electrical fire-fighting construction works: 60,000,000 won (excluding additional tax): the date of May 15, 2003: When the Defendant Union executes the subcontract for construction works: The name of the original contractor for construction works for the Plaintiff Company: The name of the subcontractor for construction works for the Plaintiff Company: the amount supplied for electrical construction: the date of the contract: 340,000 won for the supply of the electric construction: the date of May 15, 2003: the name of the subcontractor for construction works for the Plaintiff Company: the name of the subcontractor for construction works for the construction works for the Plaintiff Company: 210,000,000 won for the supply of machinery and facilities for the construction works for the new construction works for G: The name of the subcontractor for construction works for the Plaintiff Company;
