Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:40 on March 7, 201, the Defendant: (a) was a person engaged in driving of Chived motor vehicle; (b) on the part of D, who was negligent in performing the duty of care in the front of the Chived motor vehicle due to occupational negligence while moving back the road in front of the Chived motor vehicle in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., without a driver’s license to the Ehived motor vehicle from the surface of the Chived motor vehicle to the surface of the Ehived motor vehicle; (c) on the left side of the Chived motor vehicle, the Defendant took the front part of the Fhive motor vehicle owned by the victim E, who was driven by D, to take the front part of the Chived motor vehicle into the front part of the driver’s left part of the said cargo and suffered injury, such as light salt, and at the same time, the repair cost is equivalent to KRW 376,354, and did not immediately stop the said cargo.
