When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant is the general secretary of the "B youth", and the victim C(50) is the resident of the Gowon.

On September 17, 2017, around 11:40, the Defendant assaulted the victim's part of his title one time as a hand attached to the time table in the past among dialogues with the victim, on the rooftop of "B Public Notice Hostel in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City."
