1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 200,857,000 for Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 3,000,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 1,00,000 for Plaintiff C and D respectively.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. At around 14:50 on March 4, 2015, G employees of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “F”) driven a HFLIS vehicle owned by the said company (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”) and returned to the Plaintiff, who was a business director of the said company, and returned to the company, he/she sustained injury, such as the injury of the Plaintiff, who was on the top of the Defendant vehicle, due to the shocking of the freight vehicle parked on the side while driving a scam in the vicinity of the west-west west-1st century, and driving the vehicle on the side while returning to the company, he/she was on the back to the company.

Plaintiff

Article 7 (The Insured) In respect of the Personal Compensation II and the Compensation, the Insured refers to a person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs:

1. Insured insured persons;

2. Relatives insured;

3. Insured workers with consent;

4. Insured employees.
