The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 00:20 on March 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses that the Defendant would give and get off the vehicle from the victim while getting off from the D-business taxi located in the Geum-gu, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, which was driven by the victim C; and (b) assaulted the victim’s right side of the part of the victim’s right side of the driver’s seat with a bad engine with a door to the driver’s seat.

2. The public prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the victim appeared as a witness on the third public trial date and expressed his/her intention not to punish the defendant.
