1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,840,037 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from January 31, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1.(a)
On April 4, 2013, the Plaintiff leased to Nonparty A two “SMAR LUX” amounting to KRW 36 months of lease, KRW 110 million of acquisition cost, KRW 3406,60 of monthly lease cost.
B. The Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed A’s obligation to the Plaintiff under the foregoing lease agreement.
C. The lease contract was terminated with A’s monthly rent payments, and the remaining debt amount as of January 30, 2015 is KRW 49,840,037.
