1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

The owners of housing who have consented to the establishment of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan D D D D D D D D D D D D D D association shall hold an inaugural general meeting with 160 persons among 311 consenters on April 10, 200 for the purpose of establishing the reconstruction association pursuant to Article 44-3 of the former Housing Construction Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 6852 on October 1, 2003; hereinafter the same shall apply) and passed a resolution with the consent of 160 members present at the meeting on April 10, 200 on the site area of 29,779 square meters of total floor area, 92,790 square meters of building area, 5,484 square meters of building area, and the draft rebuilding resolution, the rules of the association, the

(A) A cooperative established by the above inaugural general meeting (hereinafter “former cooperative”). A previous cooperative applied for a safety inspection of the said rebuilding zone by dividing the said rebuilding zone from 1 block to 7 block around November 4, 2002, and applying for each block. A decision was made on March 31, 2003 to 4 block (hereinafter “1-4 block”).

On June 24, 2003, the previous union held a general meeting of 174 members among 316 members of the union (hereinafter “the general meeting of 2003”), with the consent of all members present, to revise the contents of the previous reconstruction resolution and reconstruction project as follows, to first apply for authorization of establishment of one-fourth block which passed the safety inspection, and the rest of 5-7 block (hereinafter “5-7 block”) to apply for authorization of establishment later according to the result of the safety inspection.

On June 26, 2003, the previous association applied for authorization to establish the association to the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on June 30, 2003, the association registered on July 25, 2003, which is after the implementation of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents.

[173 members of the association and 12,389.25 square meters in the business area (1-4 block) are 173 members of the association and 12,389.25 square meters (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff association").
