Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant E, as the representative of the 807 apartment unit in Pakistan, was the Defendant: (a) on September 27, 2013, around 10:03, around 807 Dong 1-2; (b) on an elevator with the consent of the head of the apartment management office in accordance with the management rules, Defendant E posted a notice stating, “I urge the said apartment organization, including the victim N, to withdraw a lawsuit to refuse the return of temporary conference allowances”; and (c) “The council of occupants’ representatives,” which read, “I any longer restrains illegal acts,” and destroyed the documents of the victim in the above manner four times from that time to October 9, 2013.
2. Defendant C, as the representative of the above apartment building 809 unit and the president of the council of occupants’ representatives, destroyed the documents of the victim in the above manner four times from around September 26, 2013, on an elevator with the consent of the head of the apartment management office, which was attached by the above apartment organization, including the victim N, in accordance with the management rules. In addition, the document of the victim was destroyed by the above method, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from around that time to October 2, 2013.
3. The Defendant F, as the representative of the above apartment 810 unit, destroyed the documents of the victim in the above way 23 times from around September 27, 2013, on an elevator consisting of 06:04:04 to 810 dong 1-2 dong 2, which was attached with the consent of the head of the apartment management office in accordance with the management rules. The Defendant, including the victim N, removed two posts indicated in the above paragraph 1, which were attached by the above apartment organization, including the victim N, with the consent of the head of the apartment management office in accordance with the management rules. 4.
