A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around July 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:10 on July 2, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol, the victim E (the age of 49) borrowed money from the Defendant and instead play the money, and (b) kack-kacks (17.5cm in blade, 4.5cm in blade, knife, 5cm in knife) are dangerous things on the said knife’s knife, which are dangerous things on the said knife’s knife, and the victim F (the age of 62) who was on the said knife in knife of the left side of the knife in need of two weeks medical treatment, tried the victim to take the knife his knife to speak, thereby opening the victim F, who is in need of four weeks medical treatment.
