On August 4, 2018, the Defendant driven B-low-income cars in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.173% in the section of approximately 1.5km from the front of the government station in the city of Gyeonggi-si to the 1.5km underground roadway in the same city of Shin-dong from August 4, 2018.
