1. The Defendant’s respective KRW 20,000,000 to the Plaintiffs, respectively, and 5% per annum from November 24, 2017 to May 30, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff A completed the marriage report with D on September 16, 2007, and the two have two minor children.

B After completing the marriage report with E on May 1995, the two parties have two adult children and one minor child.

D and E are siblingss who are the plaintiffs in the same letter.

B. The Defendant, upon the report of marriage with F, came to have become aware of the parents who sent their children to the same childcare center as the neighboring Plaintiffs.

C. The Plaintiffs had a family conference with the Defendant and the family members who had been married with usual F, and the Defendant’s children were friendly between families by referring the Plaintiffs to the Plaintiff’s large body, small body, DNA-type, D-type, small body, and low-scale.

However, on January 4, 2013, the Defendant continued to have sexual intercourse with D, the spouse of Plaintiff A, and continued to meet several times on October 5, 2013, and was discovered to F, the Defendant’s spouse, on four occasions on October 5, 2013, and was found to have established sexual intercourses on four occasions with D in front of F, and thereafter, given inappropriate messages to Defendant D and Kakaox.

E. Nevertheless, the Defendant attempted to help the Kim Jong-ok of the Plaintiffs, and followed their friendship with the Plaintiffs. From October 2015, D’s punishment had been given to Plaintiff B’s spouse, and sent the message inappropriate for Plaintiff B’s spouse, and entered into a sexual relationship on two occasions at his office and her mother’s conference around January 2, 2016 through December 2.

F. Accordingly, around April 2016, F filed a lawsuit claiming divorce or solatium on the ground of Defendant’s wrongful act, and F was also the co-defendant of D’s punishment system. On April 21, 2017, Plaintiff B discovered relevant documents by chance, thereby becoming aware that the lawsuit against her husband and wife was pending in the lawsuit for solatium against her husband and wife, etc., and thereafter, Plaintiff A knew of such fact.

G. In the above lawsuit, an agreement between F and the Defendant on divorce and consolation money shall be reached and mediated.
