As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the part that recognized the damages for delay of this case as 15% per annum until May 31, 2019 and the amount exceeding 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment shall be dismissed.
