On October 30, 2014, at around 06:30, the Defendant driven a B B B-T car at a distance of about 500 meters from 00 meters to 0.158 percent of alcohol content in the National Health University located in Tae-dong, Tae-gu, Daegu-gu, Taedong to the same Gu.
