Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant received an order from the racing market on August 17, 2017 to take measures to properly dispose of waste of 170 tons of waste synthetic resin equivalent to that of 170 tons in the racing city B and C from October 16, 2017, the Defendant failed to properly dispose of the said waste until October 16, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the order of the competent authorities.
