A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

On May 11, 2012, the Defendant had been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on August 28, 2013 in the branch court of Suwon District Court on May 11, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 28, 2013. On July 29, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the branch court of Chungcheong District Court on July 29, 209.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On September 17, 2013, the Defendant, at around 13:10 on September 17, 2013, took a theft of KRW 20,000 in cash owned by the victim D, who had been placed in front of the power failure at the Inspection Party (E) managed by the victim D in Ischeon-si C.

B. On February 2, 2014, at around 09:10, the Defendant attempted to steals money and valuables from the “H” temple W, which is managed by the victim G, at the Chungcheong City F, at the time of Chungcheong (hereinafter “H”), but was attempted to bring the money to the victim.

C. On April 6, 2014, at around 11:41, the Defendant: (a) entered a “K” inspection administered by the Victim J, which was located in the Sound Group I of the Chungcheongbuk-do; and (b) went into the inspection of “K”; and (c) removed KRW 5,000 in cash from the victim’s possession after entering the inspection of “K”; and (d) went into the inspection of “K”; and (c) cut down the amount of KRW 5,00.

On May 4, 2014, at around 18:20, the Defendant confirmed that there was no person to the said gas station in the Nuricheon-si L, the Defendant, after entering the said gas station through the toilet window behind the building, was stolen by taking one of the main computers and one of the camping coins owned by the victim in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the victims' property four times.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On September 17, 2013, at around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle driver’s license from around 10km to around 13:10 on the front of the OB loan in the same day; (b) from around 10km to the road before the inspection.
