A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. On the same date and time as above, the Defendant driven the said B-car from a distance of about 3 km up to a distance of about 0.246% of alcohol concentration in blood, and up to a distance of about 3 km in front of the Cheongju-dong located in the Ggyeong-si, Kim Jong-si.
