Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a medical specialist who has served as the chief in the D Hospital from December 2, 2012 to February 2, 2016.
On December 2, 2012, the Defendant received a solicitation from F to F to F that “A patient will take 30% of the sales amount in return for prescribing, inducing, inducing, etc. medical devices manufactured and sold in E to hospital patients,” from F, and received approximately 310,000 won in total from F, from the first day of February 5, 2012 to December 31, 2012, the Defendant received delivery of approximately 310,000 won in cash equivalent to 310,000 won in the purchase price of medical devices, such as TlsO, from F, from F, to the first day of February 2016, 2016.
