The National Security Act is based on the guilty portion and the act of worship in the Geumsan Memorial Memorial and the act of writing in the register of worship.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. As to the violation of the National Security Act (e.g., praiseing, encouraging, etc.) by the act of recording in the Geumsan Memorial Memorial Hall and the visitors’ book

A. The court below found the defendant guilty on the part of the facts charged that the defendant attended the resolution meeting before and after the national unification festival held in North Korea among the facts charged of the activities of the anti-government organizations such as this case, and adopted the resolution with other participants, that the defendant responded to the above acts by attending the deliberation meeting of the Republic of Korea, opening the peace-Si/Gun, opening the national unification festival, participating in the 8/15 Korean National Assembly, making a speech or adopting a resolution with the other participants, etc., and held that the defendant was guilty of the above acts, and that the defendant was not guilty of the above acts of anti-government organizations on the ground that there is a lack of sufficient risk to know that the above acts of anti-government organizations such as the above acts of anti-government organizations were not enough to present at the place where the report of labor report of this case was made, and that there is no sufficient risk to acknowledge the defendant's acts of anti-government organizations such as the above acts of anti-government organizations.
