Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car at approximately 3.5 km section in the direction of the Taecheon River located in 654 to the same old industry from the long distance of the night-dong in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the front road of the Taecheon River located in 654, without the driver’s license.
